CLAS Undergraduate Academic Complaint Form

Undergraduate students with a complaint regarding a course offered by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) may use this form to bring the problem to the College’s attention. It can take up to two weeks for CLAS to respond, particularly at busy times of the semester.
