The Office of Student Accountability will return the week of August 17, 2020. Half of the OSA staff will share time working in the office each week from Tuesday-Friday, while the other half will continue to work remotely. An Office Student Accountability staff member will be based out of the Office of the Dean of Students on dates to be determined.

When You Visit In-Person

• Wear a face covering and follow university COVID-19 guidelines.
• The OSA office in 203 IMU will be open during certain times, typically on Thursdays and Fridays, for students that wish to drop off hard copies of background checks and clearance form documents. Students are welcome to share this information electronically to the OSA email account as well.

How to Access our Services

• Students can submit reports through the online reporting form.
• Students can also email dos-accountability@uiowa.edu to request an appointment or ask that paperwork be filled out.

COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

• Staff working within the OSA office will wear face coverings.
• Any students or campus members will be asked to wear face coverings.
• When possible, OSA staff will continue to meet with students virtually
• Measures will be taken to reduce or eliminate social contact in shared spaces.
• Daily cleaning for high-touch areas and equipment by staff.
